Quality Assurance
Sincerity Health Care are committed to providing a high quality service. During your time with us you will have regular telephone contact, regular reviews and continuous support. We believe communication is the key to providing a good service. In addition to this, annual questionnaires are sent to you as your opinion matters to us. Our office team are scrupulous where quality assurance is concerned, we review our services through clinical audits as we believe that quality can only be achieved on continuous improvement through critical assessment by those in the best position to judge. The results of our Quality Assurance activity are collated and used to implement changes that promote quality outcome for our service users.
As part of our quality assurance we also ensure our workers are upto standard through training, on the job monitoring, and regular supervision/appraisals.
