We offer safe, healthy, and comfortable living spaces for the service users. This allows the service users to stay in a homely environment whilst receiving high standards of support. We are also working in partnership with Local Authorities and private housing associations which will enable us to provide accommodation suitable to your needs.
Our Supported Living is for:

• Young People aged 16-25
• Adults up to 65 years

Our 24-hour supported living is built around the needs of our service users, with continual care and support. We pride ourselves in our highly qualified staff, who are passionate to take each service user through a journey of transformation, step by step.

We recognise that it is not always possible for local authorities to engage in a lengthy planning process when making referrals to place young people and adults. We consider emergency referrals, subject to the manager ensuring that the history and risk assessment has been completed. We will consider whether we are able to meet their needs. Any service user placed at Sincerity Health Care whether as an emergency placement or otherwise, will always be welcomed and made to feel comfortable in their new environment.
